Clarion Pointe near Medical Center

It was a decent place to stay for a few days. Quiet and not as busy as expected to be. Rooms were decent, not bad for the price, and didn't smell like cigarettes like other hotel rooms. The young girl who helped with breakfast was awesome, super friendly, and helpful! No complaints here.

I had a very pleasant stay at Clarion point hotel I stayed there almost a year the staff was very pleasant courteous very helpful especially Kimberly Brown she was always helpful gave me what I needed and i couldn't ask for better service.. also there was a younger young lady named Kelly that was very helpful pleasant always had a smile on her face and the front desk very helpful very pleasant, always conversating with guests it was more like a bed and breakfast. I very much enjoyed my stay there clean helpful pleasant always trying to help me every time I came out of my room ask me all the time if I needed anything the reason why I stayed for almost a year is because it was clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere there. So Kelly at the front desk Kimberly housekeeper supervisor and Kelly housekeeper very pleasant very helpful and made my stay very comfortable and pleasant would definitely stay there again 1000%.

Super super adorable, cute, affordable place! Last minute stop in San Antonio with no hotel pre-booked. Found this place and it was perfect. Great price! The hotel is decorated inside with all Texas and San Antonio art! Very beautiful! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a hot mess lol but ehhh your in San Antonio we explored and found a nice fun taquaria restaurant close by! Definitely will stay again!

We had a great stay here! Honestly, the price is unbeatable. Lucia and Diana were very polite and friendly. I was surprised by their kindness. The only downside is that there was someone blasting their music at 1:00 am and there was a strong marijuana smell coming from the bathroom. It seems like there’s not much control on who comes in, which is unfortunate, but overall would definitely recommend! Also, breakfast with real eggs is a plus!

Great location. Friendly staff. Bathrooms need a ventilation fan! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was decent, it was available every morning. Not a lot of options but it was plenty. Plenty of parking was available. Quiet area. Good working air conditioner and heater. Room service was always helpful and friendly. Always had clean towels, toilet paper and coffee.

I don't think the rooms are being cleaned very well and the people who check you in dress very unprofessionally. But it's a good value for the money. Employees are allowed at the front desk and act like they are more interested in having a party then checking people in. The housekeeping department does not clean out the bathtub drain, it was loaded with hair. And I don't think the floor has seen a mop with water and disinfected on it ever.

Hotel is very convenient to several locations. Once at the hotel hallway & elevators smelled of marijuana. Room floor was sticky, had it mopped again but was told they only use water to mop floors. Bed was comfy & not at all noisy at night.

This is my go to hotel due to the great value it provides. Rooms are always clean, every time I have stayed. The staff is also great and helpful. I have had multiple stays and not once have I had a single complaint. Breakfast, most of the time, is also pretty good and one of the reasons I like to stay at this hotel. I would have given the location five stars but it is a bit of a drive to get to where I need to be. Even though it is a drive away I will almost always prefer this place over other options in a similar price range. Love this place.
